Default my new diet

hey guys. Due to personal reasons (no fault of my own) i had no training in december and my bulking diet went to pieces. I've been training for about a year and half now. I am now 14 and a half stone (started at 10 stone 8), i'm 6 foot 2.5 and 19 years old. I'm just posting my new diet up to see what you guys think:
breakfast - 150 g oats, 2x scoops extreme whey
mid morning - 3 eggs, 2 sclices of bread, bannana and cashew nuts
lunch -250g chicken, tin of rice pudding + 50 g rice
mid afternoon - 200g chicken, 100g finely milled oats (+ 1 scp choc whey for flavour), cashew nuts
pre workout - 50g finely milled oats + 1 scp whey
post workout - Build and recover. 1 tin rice pudding
dinner - chicken and noodles / tuna and pasta / steak and potatoes
evening - 150 g oats + Extreme protein with milk

perhaps with the odd pizza
i also drink loads of water and get 8 hours sleep.

Thanks guys
