How considerate of Him to be born to suite your training schedule

I don't want to have much time off the gym, it is so difficult to get back into a solid and intense routine after a long break.

I'll loose weight for every day off my normal diet and normally condition goes south with the weight loss, as Tom said probably mainly glycogen depletion.
The only day I'll be completely off will be xmas day apart from that I'll watch protein count if not worry to much about overal calories. I won't stray far off diet though as my palate has changed so much there's little point.
I don't want to loose much weight as I'm going to have to push hard for the next 6-8 weeks before I start dieting to get anywhere near my bodyweight goal.
