Default Casein based protein powders

Ive been browsing through all the old pages but cant find a conclusion. Is Pro Peptide the best Casein based protein shake just before bed or is the Calcium Caseinate powder better?

Cheers

I would say that most people use a casein based protein shake before bed, however, check the following thread out. http://www.musclechat.co.uk/bodybuil...in-advice.html
