Default Frying Foods

Does frying foods in oliv oil take the goodness out of them?

Like; Chicken, Eggs, Rice etc...

Also, is bread a bad option? Should I try and cut white bread out of my diet?

Thanks.

anything more than wiping the bottom of the pan with a kitchen roll after a drop of olive oil and I'd say too much, I only do this with my eggs, everything else is cooked on a George Foreman grill or in the case of fish steamed, also you'll degrade the fatty acids by heating them too much - better off pouring olive oil over salad or quite nice over boiled rice, better still Udo's or omega oils

White bread has little nutritional value, just carbs, salt, sugar and calories if you are going to eat bread eat whole grain, or granary and I don't touch it if I'm dieting, which I guess you may be if you're trying to get your abs out...
