i would say yes mate, though does all depend on what you done before or what your doing next.

Ill consume around 42grams of carbs for breakfast along with 48g of protein and around 7g in fat.

A nice 100g oats with 2 scoops protein powder makes a tasty porridge, lets say the scots have modified the traditional salt n oats approach lol,

I think this is a pretty dumb question, if I said "is putting in £20 of petrol enough?" how could anyone answer bcos I haven't said what I'm driving or where I'm going!

Champ, what do you weigh, are you 10st or 18st or somewhere in between? Are you an office worker or a scaffolder? Are you naturally skinny or fat? How often do you train? I could ask a plethora of questions which would alter the answer to this question.

The answer will vary from person to person and also be effected by each individuals own goals in their training.
