My diet is a couple of posts back on my journal but the supplementation regiem vits etc excluded is... Meal 2 and 4 100 gram of MP proffesional advanced protien shake (was using the new Dorian protien but was just costing too much as the large tub lasts about 10 days) Pre workout 2 scoops of Interactive creatine blast-2 and 1 tables spoon of Interactive L-glutamine, 4 Nox caps Post workout 100gram of Olimp Whey isolate Non training days I drop the pre and post workout Also is there any pre workout product that has the correct blend? |

Meal replacements provide a perfect, compact meal in a packet that is high in protein, low in fat (some have no fat) are low in carbohydrates, and contain a wide array of vitamins and minerals. They are low in sugar and cholesterol. They are very nutrient dense and can be mixed easily and conveniently. In order to get the same benefits from whole food as some of the high quality meal replacements, you would have to put together a large meal like a chicken breast (protein), a potato for some carbs, and a salad for the vitamins six times a day. Why bother when you can just rip open a meal replacement packet and toss it into a cup with some water or skim milk. Presto! |

The fact that you can copy and paste Meal Replacements The Most Valuable Supplement - Bodybuilding, Fitness and Health Forum Axiolabs Steroids Board from an article is fantastic, do you seriously agree with it. I've posted before why I and pretty much everyone else thinks whole food is better. You take MRP's more than most so of course your going to defend them but have a bit of intellectual rigour when you do it. Read the ingredient list on the back of an MRP then think how many ingredients are in Cal's shake. Are you seriously saying that a shake with natural peanut butter, natural yoghurt, oats and whey has more ingredients in that that are unnatural than an MRP. Its looks shit on the label as obviously it makes their bars high in sugar (I would imagine - I haven't seen them) But anyone with half an ounce of sense understands why they do this. I could carry on but hopefully I've proved my point |

MRP's are very safe, yeah suppose there are shit ones out there, however same could be said for food. There are good quality MRP's which i know you are well aware of and i know you probably use them. However you just like to argue and i feel your just been arguing because you like to argue. But you have totally lost the argument dude, MRP's are safe and add quality to ones diet, them who knock them cant afford them. You look at most of the big dudes and they all use them, MRP's are a good weapon in a bodybuilders diet. Where on the M6, M1, M25, M4 can you get a quality meal with out the fats and loaded carbs, The answer is in your glove box, yeah MRP sachet just add your water. MRP's rule, you know i love them and you also know ive grown, ive added a good 1 stone 1/2 to my frame. and you can still see my abbs dude. you seen the pic Problem with 5 to 6 meals a day we all tend to get fed up with eating and eating and eating. So its good to have an MRP 2 times daily gives you a break from constantly eating the same old boring food. Last edited by Ali M; 15-11-2007 at 07:18 PM. |

I took a quoted a comment of yours from a thread that I hadn't yet posted in and told you to get off your soapbox and just copied some crap about MRP's that I don't understand. Then you posted the scientific justification for your earlier post and I came out with the all time winning comment of 'But you have totally lost the argument dude, MRP's are safe and add quality to ones diet, them who knock them cant afford them.' I then banged on about how easy they were to use without checking the fact that not once had you said that real food was easier and then went on for a bit about motorways. I then made the worlds most ironic comment 'However you just like to argue and i feel your just been arguing because you like to argue' Finally I obviously thought that this was smart and was quite proud of myself I mean this took 'balls' and I'm so good at banter, I was sat right on my homophobic high horse completely oblivious to the fact that people on the forum must have read this thinking what a jackass. Yeah you showed me Ring any bells? |
