Post Everything I could need in a pwo shake?

Just wanted some input on this to make sure im getting what I need pwo!

As I remember tallheavyandskinny saying I needed more carbs pwo.

In a pwo shake im gonna plan to put in.

After reading an article on bodybuilding.com I thought id take the writers ideas and apply them.

Bodybuilding.com - Topic Of The Week - What Is A Proper Pre, During, And Post Workout Nutrition Diet?

Im weighing 81kg at the moment btw!
So im taking the following values into account.
.4g of protein per kg of bodyweight
.8g of dextrose and maltodextrin per kg of bodyweight (split between dextrose and maltodextrin so 32.5g each)

32g of protein (Optimum Nutrition Whey)
32.5g of maltodextrin (extreme carbs)
32.5g of dextrose (holland and barrett)
Teaspoon of creatine, im guessing 4g (Extrme Nutrition)
Teaspoon of glutamine, guessing about 4-5g (Met-rx)
6 Caps of BCAA's from Reflex

Comments and suggestions please

Looks good.....but Extremes Glutamine would be more effective as ON whey has 4 grams of glutimine & percusors.

Glutamine is crap, and so is malto.

Optimal PWO = hydro whey, casein, eaas, maybe extra leucine, waxy maize, followed by a solid meal.

You need anabolic trigger (aminos), instant (whey) and sustained (casein) aminos, and plenty of carbs to ensure your body is in a fed state.

I would also consume whey/eaas/carbs pre-workout, and eaas/carbs during.

This is in an optimal world of course.

MY PWO shake is

48g Whey
80g Vitargo

Nice and simple.

Pre workout is where I add more stuff like BCAAs, Minerals etc. IMO Its not worth taking after as you need them in the system once the workout has stopped.

Soon I will be changing up to a during workout drink as well consisting of Isolate and glucose polymers.

Waxy Maize/Vitargo/WMS are all just forms of maltodextrin.

Maltodextrin can be derived from any grain (corn, maize, barley, wheat, oats, rice, etc). What new fancy names or descriptive selling tools used are purely for marketing.
