can this whey be mixed by just shaking the bottle??

taste is alright on vanilla

mixability takes a bit more effort and you gotta let it set

tis alright overall though

Has a decent profile..
Taste is awesome especially Strawberry..
Flavouring is by St- Ivel I believe.

Hi Mate

Yes i rate highly, strawberry and vanilla are the bomb, although at the moment im using extreme's protein blend which is excelent also.

Worth the money get the results

the choc is the best tasting protein bar met rx i have ever had. I like my shakes really thick so 2 scoops in hardly any water is sweet!!!!!!!!!
