| Banned | Hi peeps, i still weigh 67kg after 17 months training,lol lol.Just want to know if this drink will bulk me up a bit. MILK,ICE CREAM,OATS AND PEANUT BUTTER, I'm nearly 11st, which i have never ever been before..I want to reach 12 stone, its so bloody hard for me to put weight on,, Would this drink count as 1 meal |
