Smile is this home made drink any good??

Hi peeps, i still weigh 67kg after 17 months training,lol lol.Just want to know if this drink will bulk me up a bit. MILK,ICE CREAM,OATS AND PEANUT BUTTER, I'm nearly 11st, which i have never ever been before..I want to reach 12 stone, its so bloody hard for me to put weight on,, Would this drink count as 1 meal

if youre squatting and deading hard your appetite should be insatiable bud.
you should only need 3000-3500 absolute maximum.
if you aint gaining on that therell be good reasons...
for me stress just rips the weight of me and no amount of cals makes a difference......

well if you drank this 3-4 times a day you certainly would get to 12 stone but it would be fat....

what you need is a well balanced eating plan that gives you correct amount of Protein/Carbs and fats from good sources.
what is your full diet now along with times you eat and when you train??
