I used to eat shit and not very much but now i eat alot of proper bodybuilding meals around 8 aday over the last 5 months i have started to feel so tired all the time now it has got so bad that i havent done a single shift at work (8hr shift) that i havent had to have a nap on!! so i went to the docs and got a blood test, i thought i had low test as i had all the symptoms that i had red on net except low muscle mass BUT i havent got any stronger for ages now so thought it possible blood test showed that my test level was in the normal range, lower end of range but still within the average range. BUT my hemoglobin level is low which doc sed is like being anemic but there was another value that wasnt low that is when your anemic and there was something just off the bottom of the scale with my liver values and he asked me if im a drinker, i dont drink at all!! which suprised me that there was something wrong with that. ive got to go back in a month for another test and if thats same its hospital time for liver! ive been looking on the net as to why my hemoglobin could be low with out being anemic and found this :- If the necessary nitrogen is not taken in via your diet, your body only has the option to make the amino acids it needs by scavenging from structural body sources. These may include such entities as red blood cell hemoglobin, the lining of your intestines and gut, from muscle and other areas. This leaching may sacrifice certain functions already provided by the structural proteins of these sources and this is not kosher for overall body health. Recently, several ultra long distance runners who had been eating the typical diet of high carbohydrates and fats but not much protein, were determined not only to be functionally anemic (low iron), but somewhat surprisingly, they had depleted almost all of their red blood cell hemoglobin proteins! .... i think i get plenty of iron from my bodybuilding diet so i dont think its that also ive started taking an iron sup just in case. does anyone have any idea whats up with me??? thank you |

I was also bloated a lot. I rectified this by adding more liquid meals to my diet so that my day looks like this Solid meal Liquid Meal Solid Meal Liquid meal and so on. I also have 2 of those Muller Bio drinks every day, morning and evening which helps to contribute good bacteria to my gut which can help process food and fight immune deficiency. It also help keeps bloat down although I still have the normal off season addition weight from all the food. ______________________ Get an extra 5% off all products at www.mosn.co.uk Use code 'MC 110' when ordering www.performance-hypnosis.co.uk - believe in change www.uk-muscle.co.uk - more random posts from me |

I was too skinny before thats why i think i put mass on easy with just sorting the diet out but i dont ever go out at weekends never drink and never miss a meal i havet got much of a life really and yes i am depresed cal if that has anything to do with it i dont know, and i do feel like i eat too much for my body to cope with digestion but if i dont i loose mass! If i had taken gear i would know why my liver was damaged and my hemoglobin low wouldnt i? thats why i asked on this forum before its time for my next blood test to see if anyone had an idea thanks for the replys from the people who helped rather than waste time writing stuff they know nothing about. Thanks |
