Default Hunger Strikes

I've been eating my chicken and rice all day but for what ever reason my brain hasn't sent a signal to tell my stomach to stop rumbling.

Any ideas??

mmm, seems odd for someone who consumes 5000 calories a day. Mine never ever rumbles and in the last 6 weeks ive packed on a good 10lbs, now weighing 13,4 mmm not bad for a guy who only consumes around 2000 calories a day, and mostly in MRP's.

Are you drinking plenty of water mate as this helps.

Not eating 5000kcals at the mo mate - getting/staying lean for my holiday.

I have 3000kcals max.

Yup had the water - stomach feels full just keeps rumbling and I feel hungry.

I'll just bring my next meal forward and see what happens

thats not right mate, if your under a lot of stress then this can have an affect. Rice should well fill you up. You eat a load better than me and i never get hungry. I carry cans of MRP's in my car, i get them for a pound each and if i ever get the rumbles i neck one down.

*whacks hand on head*

I've only had real food today as I've actually had loads of time to eat.

I'm guessing my stomach used to having me consume 2 large shakes.
