Mine never ever rumbles and in the last 6 weeks ive packed on a good 10lbs, now weighing 13,4 mmm not bad for a guy who only consumes around 2000 calories a day, and mostly in MRP's. Are you drinking plenty of water mate as this helps. |

Yup had the water - stomach feels full just keeps rumbling and I feel hungry. I'll just bring my next meal forward and see what happens |

Rice should well fill you up. You eat a load better than me and i never get hungry. I carry cans of MRP's in my car, i get them for a pound each and if i ever get the rumbles i neck one down. |
