The first two or three days I cut out carbs I'm up all night. I it increased metabolism or something greatly scientific? Or just to much ephedra from time to time? |

A touch of GABA is helping me at the moment ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! I had to do this when I was competing or my sleep was crap. Its the carbs that cause a release of seratonin which is a feel good hormone important in our sleeping patterns. Ecstasy also causes a massive release of seratonin, hence the lovey dovey happy feeling given by real E's. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! Although personally, i've had no problems sleeping on carb restriction, maybe you need to tire yourself out more. |
