Carbs I keep low in the evening generally. As ever spacing out your fats and protein over the course of the day seems to be the best plan. Carbs you can play with more - bracket a workout, just in the morning if you like etc. |

Ive decided that i will have every 3rd day as a refeed day but not going over the top with carbs say 200g tops and eating mainly oats. Its very exciting forme as over the past year ive become more in touch with my body and make improvements with little changes. It is a learning game thats for sure, all the best and thanks again lads R ______________________ Placing 2nd is like placing last, Juice to win!!! |

IMO you are best to supplement with a high quality omega 3 oil. My personal recommendation would be: St Clements Cod Liver Oil Liquid It's a lot cheaper than Udo's too. If on top of this you try to consume primarily monounsaturated fats (olive oil, avocados), you're likely to see some benefits. Fish oil has the added benefit of being a ppar-alpha agonist - in english this means it will help keep you a touch leaner. |

There are times of the day when cortisol is higher, insulin sensitivity is lower, etc, we must try to time our nutrients appropriately to this. |

It does with me, I just have miscellar caseine before bed. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
