Waiting till nearer christmas before I start bulking. Breakfast: Heat a bowl of porridge oats in the microwave with semi-skimmed milk, then add a handful of broken cashew nuts and a squirt of honey Mid-morning: Friji milkshake or pint of semi-skimmed milk Lunch: Jacket potato with extra tuna/sweetcorn/mayo mix (from local cafe) Dinner 1: Fry 250g of mince meat then add a chunky chilli meal soup, half a can of red kidney beans and 1/3 can of spinach, simmer till all cooked through. Dinner 2: Grill two turkey breasts, fry two eggs and lay on top of the two breasts, place inside 2 wholemeal pitta breads. Some nice ideas for dinner I thought. Feel free to comment. |

As for the other comments, cheers guys. I am well aware of the simple carbs from the friji, its just nice to break up the week of milk. As far as my calcs go I feel I'm getting around 150 grams of protein from that diet, is that not sufficient for maintenance? The only meal which is not centred around protein is breakfast, but I supplement this meal with a milk or milkshake (friji). |

Only kidding u mate, your diet looks ok, but as they have said you really do need plenty of protein in the morning, try using a whey protein. I could not go on without them as im a crap eater. |
