| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 16 Rep Power: ![]() | Some of you may remember it. A month ago I posted that thread and now it is gone. Anyway, I followed some of the advice you kindly gave me. I ate some rice and oats, did chinups, but I never increased my calorie intake, so no surprise my weight is all the same 79 kg. Unfortunately I can not eat any more. Thanks for the help, I got to really like rice. |

Just adding rice and oats into the diet won't make that much of an impact. I suggested using calorie rich shakes. Bodyworks suggested you just eat whatever you can get your mits on. |
