Liv52 or Milk Thistle

I was thinking about taking Liv 52 as i saw and read about it on LiverSupport.co.uk - Powered By HOUSE OF PAIN® NUTRITION

was wondering which is better Liv 52 or Milk thistle?

i would like to detoxify my liver during and after my first oral juice cycle!

I am thinking of purchasing Liv 52 from the website mentioned above any suggestions.

i use Milk Thistle and the results are good...

ive used liv52 and milk thistle and both seem to give good results, any tests ive had has come up ok, and milk thistle is easier picked up so recently ive opted for milk thistle for that reason.
