Posts: 2,763 Rep Power: ![]() | As those of you who've been reading my P'log (new term I coined today for Progress Log I'm now starting to think about and book my winter 2007 and summer 2008 holidays. Long and short I'd like to be cut up for Summer 2008, and continue my bulk into the winter. So this gives me just shy of 10 months to get to circa 10% Bodyfat which has been one my long term goals for a while now. Anything lower is just too hard for me to maintain realistically. So the question is - Whats the best method of going about it? Should I continue the lean bulk with the aim of dropping 1% to 0.5% of body fat per month? Or should I continue the bulk, not let my BF% increase at all, with perhaps a small drop of .5% per month for 6 months and then ramp up the cardio and diet in the last stages? |

Saying that I'd have an okay V now if I could shift my love handles. 3inches off my waist would make a huge difference to the V. |
