Hi mate.

Lbs to kgs = lbs / 2.2

So

Squats: 385lbs x 5 = 175kg x 5
Deadlifts: 330lbs x 5 = 150kg x 5
Bench: 187lbs x 1 = 85kg x 1
Total: 902lbs = 410kg

Very respectable numbers mate.

All are over your bodyweight, and squats and deads are cracking on for double your bodyweight.

if these are the drinks in the cans then they are not very good as they have a lot of sugar in them

I used to drink those sometimes. They are not so clever really. I was once told they had bulls semen in them, but you'd have to have something wrong with your head to beleive that.

As I am bored....

Deads - 145 kg
Squats - 90 kg x 5 sets
bench - 100 x 4 sets
Total = too thick/lazy to work it out.

Recovering from a groin injury cause by slipping on wet tiles in the bathroom, so squats arnt heavy, but I do them nice and deep and slow (sounds almost errotic)

Surely the total weight is pretty much meaningless anyway because different people work out differently so there is no standadisation for comparison?
