I've read that some guys deplete to nothing 7 days prior then 2 or 3 days before the show they load 70% of there normal carb intake back into there muscles. I understand water gets stored along with the carbs in the muscles will this be a problem or will dehydrating be able to shift that unwanted water. I heard big Jay on the battle for olympia dvd saying he loads 600g of carbs a day 7 days before the show. I would just like to stick to the basics for my 1st show then try things later on as I get older, so if you guys could help me out on this that would be fantastic. Thanks guys J-man ______________________ SHOW ME A BODYBUILDER WHO HATES TO SQUAT AND I'LL SHOW YOU A WEAK PAIR OF LEGS. |

I'll keep it simple I'll lower my carbs more slightly 7 days out then add a few more carbs in 2 days out. Thanks J-man ______________________ SHOW ME A BODYBUILDER WHO HATES TO SQUAT AND I'LL SHOW YOU A WEAK PAIR OF LEGS. |
