yer i get this problem alot

it can regularly be linked to teh types of food you eat and if you have any intolerances.. sometimes it can be as simple as changing to another brand of protein shake.

make sure you take in fibre with eevry meal. also, tonic water should help, as well as peppermint oil capsules.. i try and take a few of these a day..

Bread can do it to me, as well as give me hiccups.

Plus drinking 1.5ltrs of water during workout doesn't help either.

You can get some anti-bloating tablets - they are marketted for women but I can't remember the name of them.

yer i tried the pre/pro biotics and got the same.. for a few weeks they seemed to have an impact but then they didnt seem to help at all...

the peppermint oil/tonic water was suggested to me by a friend of mine who had half his bowel/intestine removed so obviously suffers bloating/discomfort occasionally.. the doctors told him to use these.. they break up the trapped wind. so technically they are not treating the problem of what is causing bloating.. but its stopping the worst symptom.
