| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 22 Rep Power: ![]() | Could some1 pleasr write me out a diet, im loooking to trim up for my holiday in 4 weeks.. and i want a decent diet to do so at the minute im having MORNING - 2 Pieces of toast with jam, protein shake MID MORNING - protein shake LUNCH - baked spud, beans & chicken MID AFT - protein shake TRAINING (protein shake after training) TEA watever me mum puts out SUPPER protein shake monday - chest, tris tuesday - legs, abs wed - back, bi's thurs - shoulders, abs fri - rest sat - rest sun - rest IS THIS OK WHAT IM DOING OR SHOULD I ADD SOME CARDIO ASWELL WOULD BE VERY GREATFULL IF YOU COULD HELP ME WITH MY DIET AND TRAINING NICK |
