Default calories

what are the best types of food if you want to increase calories.....apparently im not taking in anywhere near enough calories to put the weight on that i want to....so what sort of things would be best....many thanks

Try adding some peanut butter to shakes, and have peanut butter on toast. Up the quantity of food you eat.
