Allo mate.

I'm 6ft6in and 246lbs and I dont consume 5500 cals... I could but I'd need either AAS or alot of cardio and cutters to keep the fat off...

I'm bulking on about 4500 kcals at the moment. Where did you get your numbers from? 300g protein is about right, but not 600g carbs each day...

Diet looks very good.

What are your aims? I'm guessing bulking?

how good or bad the diet is depends on your goals? Losing fat? bulking?

how is finding out your bodyfat % going to help you when your on a bulk? dont be to concerned about it, your on a bulk, fat % will probably just increase over time as your bulking.

And when your cutting your best bet is to go by the way you look.

While AliM's reply is a bit terse... I gotta agree with him to be honest

Unless you are a super-Ecto you WILL get fat on a bulk

What are your goals? If your bulking, then is it working? If it isnt, then presuming your training is Ok, then up the calories by adding peanut butter and upping the quantity of food...although on that amount of calories at your weight I would guess that it is probably working. And yeah...fat gain seems to go hand in hand with bulking, but you can try to keep it to a minimum by eating cleanly....but theres nothing wrong with wanting to know what your bodyfat % is, is there?

15" to 17.5" arms in a year is very good mate - unless you put on a stack load of fat - I'm assuming that you haven't.

Have you posted you routine up mate?
