| Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 4 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi been browsing the forum and i thought i'd post up my diet and see where i can improve from all your feedback... i've tried to be as accurate as possible with measurements and quantities. 7.30am porridge (60g oats,150ml fullfat milk) scrambled egg (4 eggs, fullfat milk) 10.30am Maximuscle pro-gain shake midday tuna mayo on brown breadcake 3.00pm 150g tuna, cupful of cooked white rice, tin of sweetcorn 5.00pm chicken breast, cupful of cooked rice 9.00pm steak and potatoes with veg. 11.00pm maximuscle pro-gain shake. Its rich in EFAs, Omega 3 & 6 EFAs aint in fat loss and are part of any decent body building diet. I dont eat fish, but a quick google will find you some nice fish no doubt. Again I dont eat nuts but I'm sure there will be a section in the supermarket containing the anaphylactic shock inducing beggars... |

| Making Progress Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 350 Rep Power: ![]() | Are you getting enough protein in the morning? Switch the white rice for brown rice, it has a lower GI value. If your trying to bulk up, add peanut butter to shakes, snack on nuts etc, to up the calorie count. Yeah...get yourself some peanut butter though mate, nice and calorie dense.
