Udos oil isn't used really for cooking mate - just as a supplement.
Its rich in EFAs, Omega 3 & 6

EFAs aint in fat loss and are part of any decent body building diet.

I dont eat fish, but a quick google will find you some nice fish no doubt.

Again I dont eat nuts but I'm sure there will be a section in the supermarket containing the anaphylactic shock inducing beggars...

Are you getting enough protein in the morning?

Switch the white rice for brown rice, it has a lower GI value. If your trying to bulk up, add peanut butter to shakes, snack on nuts etc, to up the calorie count. That will get you growing provided your training is ok.

7.30am - I'd either mix some whey into the porridge, or i'd make a shake with whey and oats.

Same amount of protein as usual in the morning. It just seems like there isn't as much as 30 grms in what you eat in the morning. Yeah...get yourself some peanut butter though mate, nice and calorie dense. I ate too much though and it gave me boobies.
