Default Quark

Would like to recommend mixing quark with Lingonberry Jam. Have tried with peanut butter and sugerfree jelly but this is by far the best taste.
Lingonberry jam is quite hard to find. I buy it at the foodcounter in IKEA. Lingonberries are also a good source of Vitamin C.The jam does have sugar in it. Could not find a sugarfree alternative.

Quark is soft cream cheese which is virtually fat free. Really high in protein. You can buy it in Asda and Tesco for 50p a tub which is 250grams. You can add anything from streamline jam(sugarfree) to Options chocolate powder to give flavour. Some people add sugarfree jelly powder to add more protein.I find this tastes rank. Adding lingonberry jam makes a nice desert.

Sounds like with a little bit of work you could make a nice protein cheesecake out of this...
