Smile Post workout sugars

Hi there I was wondering what post workout sugars bodybuilders take when dieting for a show. At the moment I'm just taking 1 scoop of celltech which workouts out at 37g of fast acting carbs as I'm watching my carb intake, if there are any better more effective fast acting sugars to use post workout when cutting, please let me know. Thanks guys J-man

i use waxy maize starch from myprotein... its basically vitargo... in all honesty the only advantage it gives over dextrose/maltodextrin in my opinion is just less stomach bloating.

If you think about it thae name says it all MAIZE is Corn.

You've heard of Corn syrup??
Thats the liquid version of WMS, dry out Corn syrup & you get WMS.

But yeah, it good as a PWO.

In fact TinyTom is a big advocate of the stuff, see below
