Default Exercise to loose fat

Just thought i'd check this out, first of all i think ive got my diet nailed well im happy with it, and im currently walking on my treadmill first thing in the morning and last thing at night before i go bed.

I try to do 35 to 45 minutes on a steep incline, fast'ish pace walking...

what do u think, is walking on steep incline the best way to loose that last bit of fat? is 35 mins enough? sometimes its 45 mins...

Would u consume little carbs after the walk in the evenings? at the moment i just have a whey protien with a little carbs....

Default Re: Exercise to loose fat

Ronnie Coleman won the Olympia half a dozen times walking on an incline treadmill for cardio....think he did 1 hour sessions though!....so if its good enough for him???!!!

I recon that as long as your utilising progression then you'll do good. If you were doing 35 mins, try make sure they're all 45 mins for a while then bump up to 60 mins.
