Of my work time meals I'm having: Protein: 360g Carbs: 463g Fats: 61g Circa 3850kcals Is my fat ratio too low? |

| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,992 Rep Power: ![]() | i wouldnt say its about being too low or not mate. a ratio is just that - a ratio.... in those terms all the fats do is make up calories in the diet.. its more about the sources of fats which you use and whether your getting all your EFAs.. (in my opinion anyways) id say experiment having them a little higher (take carbs down accordingly so calories remain same) and see how you respond for a few weeks - but obviously all the fats you take in should be good ones. alot of people report when increasing their haelthy fat intake that they feel much better and have much more energy. i advised a friend of mine who does alot of running and fitness to do this and she was amazed at how much better she felt. ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! I'll try and get the healthy fat ratio higher and drop some of the carbs. I can easily drop some of the juice from my shakes and replace it with Aqua Mineral... Obviously it should be within its BBD... |
