Regular cardio + weights + removal of junk is the basic answer. Eat every 3 hours, a good mix of protein, carbs and good fats, then work really hard in the gym and it will go. You will more than likely need to get some Whey Protein to up your protein intake. Hope that helps. |

Your training is Topsy turvy i would start with a 10min punchbag warm up then do the weights probably whole body workout 3 times a week then finish with 30min on the bike.... but to be honest you have only been training for 3 weeks this is nothing give yourself time to grow....remember the more muscle you have the less fat you will hold as your metabolism will be higher so eat... Take a look at the extreme nutrition website they do a good MRP drink and protein blend drink and being a board member you get 25% of retail price ______________________ www.omegalabs.co.uk http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/at...ough/index.php |
