So i've decided to do a 2 day mini 'get shredded to fcuk' diet. This involved doing 15mins of ab work (WTF???) knocking back a couple of ephedrine & caffeine tabs with some acetyl-carnitine and going hill walking for 70 mins before breakfast. Still motivated to lose body fat I decided that my diet would be very low carb, which would basically entail my only carb intake being 1 slice ryvita per meal for the next two days. This will provide 42-48g low GI carbs per day. the rest will be protein from various sources, this will be decided on a meal by meal basis, so far I've had 300ml pasturised Egg white with 30g whey & 10g USN pure protein, with 1 slice ryvita. As i'm not pre-contest i'll use protein bars & shakes as and when, as long as they're low carb (ish).Supplement wise, as i'm currently 'off-cycle' will be SAN Endotest 2x a day Ephedrine & Caffeine 3x a day 100mcg T4 a day 50mcg T3 a day 30mg Nolvadex a day 1700mg Glucophage a day Eve Primrose & Cod liver oil with each meal. Aceytl-carnitine @ 3-5g a day. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! The real challenge is to be yourself in a world that wants you to be someone else!! www.rippedglutes.net |

At 1g CLO & 500mg EPO per meal will give 12g Essential fats per day, but tommorrow I will more than likely add some fresh salmon into the mix to bump that up a bit more. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! No before & after shots mate, as 2 days difference isn't likely to be too evident 'on camera'. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! The real challenge is to be yourself in a world that wants you to be someone else!! www.rippedglutes.net | |

No, the theory behind the 2 day diet is down to the fact that over the last 6 months or so I've been 'off-season' and gained roughly 34 lbs bodywgt. In order to achieve this kind of weight gain I've been consistently consuming 5000-6000 calories per day, every day, which has, naturally, included some bodyfat gains. Throwing this diet into the mix will to do a couple of things. 1:- Shed some of the excess water weight ( which is already happening, and will do so with a vengeance overnight tonight, experience tells) 2:- Halt the 'fat gain' process that is inplace within the metabolic process' of offseason dieting. More than anything the majority of the improvements will be down to lost water. Yes a small amount of fat will come too but I would be surprised if more than 1lb of the loss wass from actual bodyfat, inspite of the relative harshness of the diet itself [50-60g carbs a day for a guy weighing 265-270lbs is damned-low!!] However, if by monday I am still 'going good' I may increase the carbs slightly and continue it for the rest of the week to see what happens. this really is taking "instinctive" bodybuilding to its literal end. I'm just listening to what my body is telling me to do!! ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
