Weighed myself two or three weeks ago and was 19st 3. I know i've gained a couple of Lbs since then but have reduced calories to reflect the reduction of the androgen content of my 'supplementation', which tends to boost glycogen retention and metabolism slightly. Less demand so less taken in. So the gain in weight in the subsequent reduction will average out pretty much to cancel on another out. Thankfully the offseason is about gaining so the smoothness doesn't really bother me, but its still not an excuse to get fat!

Oh and my waist is 37 inches which will give you an idea of my weight, or if not then at least how much food I eat!! LOL

But your right, i could do with getting more muscle on my frame

Cheers mate, I'm planning on getting to the BNBF Nothern on 15th July, my mate DaveM from Preston is doing the U80's class and I may venture to the WABBA final frontier show in Batley on 29th, but undecided on that at the moment.

Yeah, I know what you mean about the weight thing. I tend to hold a lot of mass in my back & legs, which isn't too visible in that crappy photo

Just having Meal 6
Progen MRP + 30g whey.

This is highest carb meal so far ---18g!!

Brings carb total for the day to 46g so far, with probably one more to go; so should keep under 60g for the day. Which equates to just under half a gram per kilo of bodyweight!! Still feeling good too.

Sh1t you know thats gonna change by this time tomorrow!! LOL
