| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Norwich, Norfolk Posts: 13 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi, I keep looking at peoples diets for help and advice to change my own and see in a lot of them that oats make up the big parts of some meals. Now the stupid question.......I have porridge oats for breakfast but when you guys talks about oats are you just having them out if the box in a shake? are they a different type of oat? just in a bowl with milk? basically how do you have them. Cant stand having them hot in the summer, so much nicer with cold milk.
