Default You've gotta get your oats ????

Hi,
I keep looking at peoples diets for help and advice to change my own and see in a lot of them that oats make up the big parts of some meals.
Now the stupid question.......I have porridge oats for breakfast but when you guys talks about oats are you just having them out if the box in a shake? are they a different type of oat? just in a bowl with milk? basically how do you have them.
Cheers

I have mine with Blueberries, Almonds and cold skimmed milk.

Cant stand having them hot in the summer, so much nicer with cold milk.

They are good added to a shake too.

100g Oats + 10 egg whites (or LEW) + 50g whey + 10ml udos is a good little shake.

I use Ultra fine scottish oats - Carbohydrates | myprotein.co.uk

Like readybrek - so dead easy to mix and drink.
