yes neil, like superman, especially as the guy as just started weights, still suppose beginners luck hey.. jammy buggers tall as well

Ive got good abs, but Im still a fat bugger as they are hidden under an inch layer of fat aquired through peanut butter consumption. Im cutting, and I hate it as I think im getting it all wrong.

Cardio isnt a slog for me, I love it. What I dont like is the fat burning...going slow.

Hi Guys

U can have 10g of peanut butter on a cut as long as its with a meal containing no carbs. I have 12egg whites and two teaspoons of natures choice pnut butter every day in the evening (obviously not mixed together).

So boys u can still have a smidgeon of ur fav foodstuff lol,
