Recently ive fallen off the wagon and work committments has resulted in accumulating a few pounds of lard... Ive been in pretty good shape before, and i know the importance of a good diet and training, but at the moment i need the boost of being 'on' something to motivate me to ahcive my goals. Im basically aiming for single-digit BF %age before July I know the paradox of cant gain whilst cutting and vice versa, but i was thinking along the lines of sparing exisiting muscle or even increasing lean-mass (slightly) during the cycle. id be grateful if people could provide some example cycles of clen they have used and also any comments about the effectiveness (or not) of stacking with Trib, ZMA and CEE. many thanks fanatic |

Similar to what I'm on (Gaktec, Creatine, Trib) Diet seems clean and lean, some people might say to drop the pitta in favour of Sweet Potato... Whats your current weight and cardio routine? How much muscle do you want to preserve/sacrifice in order to get single digit BF by July...? |

And I would vary the protein sources and eliminate the apples (fructose). Breakfast 50g oats plus scoop of whey powder plus 5g flax seed oil meal 2 smoked mackeral or salmon with salad and 50 g cous cous meal 3 chicken breast veg and 1 sweet potato meal 4 preworkout 50g oats plus protein powder post work out 25g maltodextrin / 25g dextrose plus 40g protein meal 5 same as meal 3 with no potato before bed 1 tub of cottage cheese or quark. Thats just something to start off with then u can tinker with the carbs when u feel uve stopped losing. Id still use the simple sugars post workout to aid recovery. After weights session u can add some cardio say 20mins then up it when u feel u need to. R ______________________ Placing 2nd is like placing last, Juice to win!!! |

At the moment the way im working thiings out is as follows: 180lbs x 12 = ~2200 kcal per day / 6meals = ~360kcals per meal. With this im not looking to gain much at all, but the goal is to reduce BF quite considerably...now i know/ read that realistically you should be aiming for about 1lb of fat per week (3500kcals) in order to maintain existing muscle... but ive read that Clen has anti-catabolic properties and also is a effective fat-burner. Therefore i thinking that taking Clen i can help me keep the calories pretty decent as to not affect training, mood, etc. and reduce BF levels. The Trib/ZMA/CEE stack was there to maintain strength, recovery and improve sleep. does any of this make sense??? not sure if im going in right direction here... cheers |
