| Making Progress | Its not true at all mate, a calorie is a calorie no matter what time of day you eat it. I did read a study/article on this somewhere, but i cant remember where now. I will try and dig it out tho. ______________________ Opinions are like as*holes.......Everybody has one |

From what I remember of my reading you should cut down your carbs&fat after 7/8pm as they wont be used while your body is sleeping. That doesn't mean you shouldn't eat... Just you should watch what you eat - excess calories will be stored after all. One of the bodybuilders on a strict diet will know - or google it? |
