Does anyone know how much fact there is in not eating after 7 at night due to putting fat on?

Its not true at all mate, a calorie is a calorie no matter what time of day you eat it. I did read a study/article on this somewhere, but i cant remember where now. I will try and dig it out tho.

Controversial this subject is...

From what I remember of my reading you should cut down your carbs&fat after 7/8pm as they wont be used while your body is sleeping.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't eat... Just you should watch what you eat - excess calories will be stored after all.

One of the bodybuilders on a strict diet will know - or google it?

before bed most bbers including myself consume a milk protein typically cottage cheese or quark as its slowly digested thro the night.

Cheers lads its just you get told loads of different advice. ie your body needs the food to repair while you are asleep, your body doesnt need fuel when its shutdown. Very confusing????
