| Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 46 Rep Power: ![]() | Considering im currently cutting for the summer....should i cut out sugars and hi GI foods all together.....or do u need to take in a certain amount of sugars to feed your muscles and get nutriants to the muscles fast. And im not just talking about pre and post workout meals! |

High GI foods are diffrent because when you mix them with Fats and/Protein the GI falls and can make them either a medium or Low GI food....take white jacket spuds these are an high GI food but when you add Tuna and a little mayo to them they fall to a medium GI food.... ______________________ www.omegalabs.co.uk http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/at...ough/index.php |
