Default protein powder

Hi guy's,

for the last 4 or so days ive been feeling sick at around 12.30pm everyday, strange i know. now at 10.30 i take a whey protein with some carbs, then same again at around 1pm.

Been feeling sick again today and ive just been sick and it seems that all my whey protein drinks through out the day have not digested and i can only assume that this is the problem. My body is not digesting them so making me feel ill and very tired, same time every day.

Im going to try a different brand as i do rely on supplements.

Does anyone know why my body is not digesting them?

i'd guess there's an ingredient in them that your body doesn't agree with. or maybe it's milk if you mix them with that. try solid foods instead for a while and see if it changes.

stop using the brand your using.

personally as bodyworks said... stick to just solid whole foods for a few days with high fibre to make sure your body "clears itself" before taking another brand in, as your innards may take a few days to clear fully!

You might want to consider some digestive enzymes or probiotics, they could help you considerably with digestion.
