| Hi im faced with a bit of a dilema. My mum has planned a holiday at the start of June, abroad, which is nice, but the only thing is, it only gives me 10 weeks to lose a bit of bodyfat. I no im not going to get ultra cut in this small time frame, but im willing to do all i can to look my best for it. Right now, im 153lbs with about 14% bf and have gained about 13lb since my bulk. I plan to do cardio on an empty stomach 5 times each week. I will do 40 minutes very low intensity exercise on a stationary bike Planned diet 8.00 Wake Black Coffee 8.15 Cardio (40 minutes low intensity) 9.15 10 egg whites and 60g oats 392 calories 39g protein 45g carbs 2g fat 12.15 protein blend (bedtime extreme) and 20g flax in water 272 calories 40g protein 2g carbs 12g fat 1.45 train 2.45 PWO 60g whey and 2 weetabix 347 calories 44g protein 29g carbs 5g fat 3.45 PPWO 175g (uncooked weight) chicken breast and 75g wholemeal pasta 506 calories 56g protein 61g carbs 7g fat 6.45 150g lean red meat or salmon with 3 cups broccoli and 10g peanut butter 390 calories 54g protein 15g carbs 15g fat 9.45 250g cottage cheese with 25g peanut butter 372 calories 40g protein 20g carbs 14g fat 10.00 Bed Daily Totals Calories 2279 Protein 273g Carbs 172 g Fats 55g I also plan to have a refeed day on every fourth day to a diet similar to the one outlined below 8.00 Wake Black Coffee 8.15 Cardio (40 minutes low intensity) 9.15 10 egg whites and 80g oats 435 calories 34g protein 59g carbs 3g fat 12.15 35g protein blend (bedtime extreme) and 80g oats 423 calories 32g protein 57g carbs 4g fat 1.45 train 2.45 PWO 50g whey and 3 weetabix 383 calories 33g protein 39g carbs 5g fat 3.45 PPWO 150g (uncooked weight) chicken breast and 100g wholemeal pasta 486 calories 46g protein 63g carbs 6g fat 6.45 125g lean red meat or salmon with 3 cups broccoli 286 calories 44g protein 14g carbs 8g fat 9.45 200g cottage cheese with 25g flax 289 calories 31g protein 14g carbs 12g fat 10.00 Bed I have reduced the amounts of protein in certain meals to try and remain in a calorie deficit, whilst having a fairly high carb intake for my refeed day new amounts 2302 calories protein 220 g carbs 246 g fats 40 g All of the food totals are conclusive (i.e i have included protein and carbs from all sources) If anybody could give me any feedback on my diet i would thoroughly appreciate your help Many thanks Denis ______________________ Not try to outdo anyone else, just outdo yourself | |
