Default Contradictions!!!!!

I know i should take a whey shake first thing in the morning and eat some breakfast to kick start my motabolism.

However i also know that cardio should be done first thing in the mornin on an empty stomach!

I am tryin to cut up for a hol in 2 weeks and am doing fat burnin cardio for 45 mins most mornings.

Should i eat a couple of weekabix or something before i do with a shake or still do it on an empty stomach???!!!

Help cheers

cardio first thing in morning. stomach is empty of nutrients. so body uses stored energy (fat). afterwards have regular high carb/protein breakfast. this replenishes nutrient stores (glycogen) in the muscles which have been working during cardio.

end result is. fat is lost while doing cardio. muscles are repaired with nutrients straight after.
