| Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 46 Rep Power: ![]() | I know i should take a whey shake first thing in the morning and eat some breakfast to kick start my motabolism. However i also know that cardio should be done first thing in the mornin on an empty stomach! I am tryin to cut up for a hol in 2 weeks and am doing fat burnin cardio for 45 mins most mornings. Should i eat a couple of weekabix or something before i do with a shake or still do it on an empty stomach???!!! Help cheers |
