Default Carb replacement!!!

I am trying to cut down on my carb intake but am unsure as to what I can replace them with in my meals....a little help people!!!

as has been said... protein or healthy fats.. or fibrous carbs... green leafy veg etc.. as the body doesnt use these for energy.

Whats an example of a fiberous carb??? Im thinking for replacing bread and stuff in the day....

broccoli... spinach i belive too....

basically fibrous carbs are roughage... your body cant break them down fully so cant use the nutrients inside them fully... so it actually uses up calories churning them through your stomach etc.
