Default diet update

hey guys i know its been a while since ive put up a new thread but im back and hopefully i can keep up on it. My friend has convinced me to do a level 1 show in a year. i have a lot of work to do, mainly lose the hanldes of fat in the back. Anyways heres my diet for the time being, and pretty much natural other than 1 very light cycle of winny ive done a few months back.

8:00 am whey in water, about 15 min after 1 bowl ( approx 1 cup) of oatmeal
2 omega 3 fortified eggs, handful of blue berries a dash of cinnamon and a glass of skim milk

9:30ish train

postworkout: 2 scoops of why in water with glutamine and 2-2.5 teaspoons of natural honey

12:00 chicken breast or beef or fish with white pasta and maybe some veggies or salad

3:00pm salmon with multi grain bread and an apple

6;00 can of tuna with 1/2 cup of brown rice ( mixed a teaspoon of olive oil with it) and a slice of pineapple

9:00 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 table spoons natural peanut butter



11:30-12:00 2 table spoons peanut butter a whey with skim milk

sometimes if im hungry in between meals and because of work i cant get a full meal i have a box of protein bars i might dig into here and there, usually just once a day

i wanna do a level 1 show in a year and this diet is basicaly what im using atm to put some weight back on, is it sufficient and is there any thing i can do to alter it?
