My natural weight before I started getting fat was 145lbs. I need to lose this weight as soon as possible. I have something coming up and I need to be in the shape I was 2 years ago. I was hoping someone had a great fat burning diet and maybe some supplement advice to help me. I also have a wedding coming up in a month and do not fit in my suit anymore...lol PLEASE HELP ME!!!! |

Occasionally there will be times when everyone is very busy with work or home life or are just very tired and not checking in as much - particularly at the moment with comp season coming up and many of the regular posters dieting hard and not feeling at their best. If this is the attitude you wish to adopt I suggest you go and pay a dietician to help you as your lack of gratitude is rather galling. Oh and incidently - there IS a great fat burning diet and a lot of supplement advice if you bother your arse to go and look for it on this site - particularly the "stickys" that the mods have taken a lot of time and effort to write and post - perhaps you could go and read them rather than expect everyone to serve it to you on a plate. ______________________ Zara-Leoni Ford My Business: www. cutiecool .co.uk Account Manager: www. physiquebodyshop .com Photos on: www. gasparinutrition .co.za www. rippedglutes .net |

I have checked the stickys and there is great advice but I was looking for a way to shed the fat really fast. Like I said above I have a wedding at the end of march and I need to cut the gut. |

Id also be weight training. You gotta be commited. reagards diet i did the Atkins diet. i was so determined i just chucked myself into running walking and anything that would burn calories. |

I have to walk some of it because my body is not in the greatest shape. I am noticing that I can jog for longer periods of time and I can breath better. I am also eating more healthy. Ill have an eggwhite omlet for breakfast, chicken breast or tuna with some veggies for lunch, and at dinner I have another chicken breast with veggies and brown rice. In between I have protien shakes and I drink as much water as possible. I hope I can start loses some of this fat soon. |

Now i can jog for around 45 minutes before a feel stressed. Don't loose focus of your goals. Good luck |
