My question-- I take extreme protein shakes with a teaspoon of creatine in at 6:00am every day during the week and after training. Should I take my morning measure at the weekend as well? My diet isn't bad, and I'm currently looking at working out how much protein, fat, carbs etc I'm getting from food but thought I would ask this one straight off to you guys and gals. It might just be one of those little things I'm doing wrong |
