Default Rice pudding

Just a quick one.............

A lad at the gym i know eats alot of rice pudding.

Is rice pudding a good source of carbs..??
I noticed it's low in fat and sat fat!

But is it healthy and would it benifit your diet?

Thanks

i used to eat alot of it.
20p a tin from tescos

thought it might have been a bit sugary,to be that good, but cos i have a fast metabolism i dont need to bother about that.

i`m assuming it would be good post workout.

Forget the tins. Homemade in a glass bowl, then scrape the crusty bits of skin from the sides of the bowl using a spoon.
