force it down. sounds obvious but after stuggling to eat all the food initially, soon you become accustomed to it and you hunger increases. vit b12 never worked for me.

If you cant handle solid food perhaps try liquid feeds.!!?

Also i find my appetite is directly related to how hard im squatting and deadlifting.

its simple your probably trying to eat to much at one time. eat small but yet frequent meals. Prefferably every 3/4hrs.

I dont eat big i just eat regular, if i get a big meal put in front of me i cant eat it.

Your stomach will soon adjust and your body will get used to it, im never hungry i just eat because i know i need to. I could easily sit in front of my PC for 8hrs straight without eating but then i wont grow

Have you thought of using digestive Enzymes??

Sound simple but Solgars Digestive Enzymes taken 1 tablet 4 times a day should help increase you appetite as it will assist your body in breaking down the foods you eat.
