Default Help with my bulking diet

I think its pretty good but for some reason im not gaining as much weight as i would like to be, im ending the 3rd week of an Apex All-Test cycle on thursday.
0.45ml EOD * 3.5 = 551mg of test/week which should be enough for a 1st cycle right?
20mg Nolva ED. Start weight 184.4lbs, currently 192lbs. My goal for this cycle is to pass the 200lbs mark.

Meal 1 - Oats, Egg Whites
Oat bran 100g
Flax seed powder 5g
Milk 1 cup
Whole eggs 2
Egg whites 6
Olive oil 1 tbsp
767 kcal – 55g Protein, 65g Carbs, 31g Fat

Meal 2 - Oats, Whey
Oat bran 100g
Flax seed powder 5g
Milk 1 cup
Whey Protein (MpMax) 50g
687 kcal – 61g Protein, 66g Carbs, 13g Fat

Meal 3 PWO - Whey

Whey Protein (MpMax) 50g
(usually have 50g dextrose need to get some more)

202kcal – 37g Protein, 4g Carbs, 1g Fat

Meal 4 PPWO - White Rice, Chicken
White Rice 1 cup
Chicken Breast 200g
Green Beans 2 cups*
735kcal – 71g Protein, 74g Carbs, 16g Fat

Meal 5 - Oats, Egg Whites
Same as meal 1

Meal 6 - Oats, Whey
Same as meal 2

Meal 7 - Cottage Cheese
Cottage Cheese 200g
210kcal - 26 Protein, 2 Carbs, 9 Fat

Total = 3889kcal - 361g Protein, 342g Carbs, 120g Fat

To maintain at my current weight (6foot, 192lbs) i need 2812kcal so i would have thought i would be putting weight on a lot faster than this.

I have a few questions about my cycle that i will post in the appropriate section.

Your going to tell me to eat more veg arent ya!? lol...

I am currently taking Now Daily Vits and ZMA. I have some creatine left would it be worth throwing that in?

you eat that then you must be pretty dedicated. i won't tell ya to eat more veg not many calories in spinach. simple answer, if you wanna increase your bodyweight quicker, eat more calories however you may increase your body fat whilst doing this. does a 'bulking' diet have to be so clean ?

Does a bulking diet have to be so clean? I guess not. i do add seasonings to the chicken and sometimes a curry sauce, i have my egg whites on toast with a can of chopped tomatoes occasionally.

I eat oats as my main carb source because they're cheap and are easy to make. Id eat more sweet potatoes if they werent so expensive (99p/lb).

Think i will probably loosen it up a bit, although i dont have much of a problem eating like this it makes it easier to work out if i have eaten enough at the end of the day.

woo hoo.

i'm only teasing mate, if you can eat that clean day after day, fair play to ya. there is no point getting fat just for the sake of it. however, i believe most people who eat very strictly 'clean' foods, undereat and slow their progress. especially in the early years of training.

i find lees' suggestion of pizza a good idea. i'll have to try that...

You're right theirs no point getting fat and having to diet for longer if you can avoid it. I can see how people could easily undereat by eating strictly clean food to bulk up with, but when you've worked everything out and stick to the plan at least you know that you're definately getting enough calories. And surely clean bulking is more effective than dirty bulking if done correctly?!

So if you dont mind me asking, whats an average day for you when you're bulking? Are you bulking now?

shanes' typical offseason diet is based loosely around this;

1kg turkey
or steak
protein shakes
mashed potato
breads
cereals
fish and chips
pizza
and anything else i like.

strict eh? i make sure i get the protein in each day, in each meal, after that i eat whatever appeals.getting fat in the offseason doesn't worry me, i don't go that far off (do i ?). all i'm concerned with is gaining muscle consistantly. no cv just genuinely hard training. i don't drink or smoke or take drugs (except for the cybergenics obviously) and try to avoid anything that will interfere with my goal. my diet may be lax compared to some, but i assure you i take what i do very seriously.

Nice post mate.
I spent alot of time (&money) eductaing myself about diet, we all know how important it is. But sticking to any diet month after month is very tricky (I can't spell monotinous) There has to be a bit of give and take. You just need to find that hapy medium.

The way I stick to the diet is this (and it honestly does work for me): I look at lovely girls on the street, in shops (I have so far avoided getting arrested) and on the TV, and I think to myself "If you stick to the diet and dont get fat, you will have more chances with girls like that" ....and thats enough to make me stick to it.

However, I eat so much Im getting abit fat anyway, as I always have had the tendency to go that way, but it doesnt actually bother me.
