This has probably been ask before , but I can't find the thread.
Which Food Protein has the best amino acid profile?
As I thought tuna was a good source of protein, but I am now informed it has a poor amino acid content.

haha.. my bacon as a protein source diet theory is based on syiense zara.... i just made that word up!! it means tastes great with broon sass!
