Default Bread and nuts

Hi everyone.
Is it best to eat brown or white bread or a bit of both? Also i know that eating lots of nuts is good for us but i'm not really keen on nuts. Are pistachios any good as there the only ones i like (and i love them lol). My aim is to gain weight and bulk up.
Thanks

white bread is processed so very high on the GI list meaning a high insulin release when eaten this can cause fat to be stored if you have not got a fast metabolism but for some reason i think you are a hard gainer with a fast metabolism the reason i say this is not many would ask how they can gain weight and bulk up most would ask how to build muscle....

so to answer your question in general brown bread is better for you for us to really help you write your current stats and diet down...

Thanks for the advise. I've bought some wholegrain bread. What's your thoughts on pistachios then?
