Default Bulking, Diet and Supplement help please!

Hi guys,

I have posted a few times but am now asking for some help on the diet and nutrition side of things.

I have cut out a lot of 'junk food' that I used to eat as well as other sugary food and drinks and I am looking to bulk up and am willing to train very hard-but diet is very important.

I was wondering if you could suggest what I should be eating on a typical day- from the start to the end of the day-and that I would train at around 4pm after school.

Supplements? Will they help and are they worth it? If so what should I be going for which is at a reasonable price (not much spare cash)

If different people have different suggestions with things then please go ahead and tell me what you think.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Age: 15
Height: 5'9
Weight: 9.5 stone

Have been training for around 3 months.

Currently dont have a great diet- cereal and toast for breakfast, snack-fruit,flapjack, lunch- tuna/peanut butter sandwiches, flapjack, fruit, crisps, nuts. snack-crackers with cheese, dinner -maybe pasta or chicken with rice...

for now personally i`d say carry on with a fullbody routine for another 3 months, focusing on compound exercises ideally 2x a week.

i wouldnt bother with supps too much just eat clean good food aiming for around 1g of protein perpound of BW.
however drinking calories is much easier than eating them.

blend up oats and a banana with skim milk and drink-you can add a protein powder, but i have a can if tuna afters instead.

just eat mate-focus on your training and youre appetite and weight will come-
i think i weighed less than you at youre age too!
