Question Kickboxing/High stamina diet!

Hey guys!

My friend was asking me about supporting the training he does which is muay thai. He is doing it about 4 times a week! sessions are like 2 and a half hours!

Wants to keep his stamina as optimum as possible!

He seems to be cutting descently with just doing the training and having an everyday 16 and a half year old diet!

Stats
5.11
70kg
BF about 8% I reckon!

Aim
Keep getting cut and only build muscles a tad bit! (not a bulker)

Ive suggested trying to get around 150g's of protein per day and focus on eating tuna/chicken/beef(rare). Maybe start going on protein shakes as well if he wants to!

Carb wise maybe hit about 250g's? But a mixture of simple and complex!

And unsaturated fats of course!

So realistically looking about 4 possibly 5 meals a day!

Suggestions guys!!!

p.s. cant break the bank etc....

if its JUST stamina hes looking for all he really needs is a steady intake of protein and carbs throughout the day, with a possible high amount of carbs a few hours before his sessions. and then maybe some sugars and some form of aminos before the session. and a replenishment meal afterwards!

if hes not lookin to be a bodybuilder then theres no need for him to stress a bodybuilders diet.

What kind of foods you recommend for a replenishment meal afterwards?
